My ONE Person

People talk about their "ONE " person. The one they would call when tragedy strikes. The one that they could depend on if they needed something. The one they trust their deepest secrets to.

I thought I had that "one" person.

 He was my "one" person...

The one I shared my secrets with

    The one I depended on

The one I trusted more than anyone

The one I chose to have a family with

The one I would give myself only to

The one that had my back

But he wasn't "one" person

                He was two.

The one I thought he was

                And the other one who

                             Kept secrets from me

                            Was not dependable

                            Was not trustworthy

                            Chose to betray our family

                            Gave himself to many others

                            Threw me under the bus
